Leioa City Council processes data for the management of programmes to promote competitiveness, and tourism and boost local trade in accordance with Law 2/2016 on Local Institutions of the Basque Country and Law 7/1985 on the principles of local government.

The personal data may be communicated to Public Administrations with jurisdiction in matters of economic promotion, trade and tourism such as the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, Innobasque or partner associations and institutions for programme development.

The interested party has the right to access, rectify, delete, limit or oppose the processing of their data by sending a communication to the Town Council address
or to the e-mail address [email protected], as well as further information on the
transparency portal at www.leioa.eus.
