A unique vermouth created in Leioa, mixing science and creativity together in a glass. Vermouth and gin infused with chlorella algae, and blended with angostura bitters and orange, thus creating a fresh, elegant and surprising flavour.
Ingredients:
- RED VERMOUTH WITH ALGAE (from the school) 9 cl.
- GIN WITH ALGAE (from the school) 3 cl.
- ANGOSTURA BITTERS
- ORANGE PEEL
Preparation:
- Add the orange twist garnish to the glasses.
- Put the ice in the mixing glass, cool and remove excess water.
- Measure and pour the ingredients into the mixing glass, first the vermouth, the gin and the drops of angostura bitters.
- Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
