A chilled glass of txakoli created in Biscay and inspired by the innovative spirit of Leioa. With Bizkaiko Txakolina, orange, apple and melon liqueurs, topped with a light algae and lemon foam.

A drink that merges the land and the sea.

Ingredients:

  • Bizkaiko Txakolina… 6 cl.
  • Lemon juice 2 cl.
  • Orange syrup… 3 cl.
  • Egg whites… 2 cl.
  • Dried chlorella powder. 0.5 g.

Preparation:

  • Garnish with algae powder.
  • Cocktail made in a shaker.
  • Put the ice cubes in the cocktail shaker.  Measure and pour in the ingredients, beginning with the txakoli wine and then the lemon juice, the syrup and the egg whites into which the dried chlorella powder has been diluted beforehand.
  • Close the cocktail shaker, shake and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
